horror movie 24-hour service
The swimming pool looked like something out of A horror movie, it needs refurbishment. There was also an issue with A neighbouring room at 4.30am and no staff were around to help until 7.30am despite the 24-hour service.

The hotel grounds were quite lovely. The gardens provided a great space for walks. Staff members showed helpful and friendly service throughout my visit.

The room offered a good size.. It comfortably accommodated my needs with functional amenities. A garden view was also present, showing fairy lights at night.

The hotel provided many seating areas both inside and outside. These seating areas overlooked the garden. The grounds allow dogs for walks around the hotel.

Road access to the hotel was easy. It makes visiting nearby relatives convenient. Despite proximity to the motorway, the area felt secluded and quiet. The countryside surrounding the hotel contributes to a peaceful atmosphere.

surprisingly luxurious!
attentive service thoughtful touch cool room sister hotel
i attended a wedding here. the service from sam at the bar was amazing!!! i appreciated the provision of plastic straws, a thoughtful touch. the staff moved us upstairs when our initial room was too warm. the new room was cool, a HUGE relief, especially with no air conditioning.
the pool was closed. this was slightly disappointing. we did use the pool at a sister hotel.

Staff were great and helpful. Kelly at reception was particularly great with her customer service skills. the team showed warmth and hospitality throughout my stay. Their attentiveness enhanced the overall experience.

missing items no butter
the STYLE of the hotel suited me , and the location worked well.
I found the breakfast REALLY disappointing. Some items were missing , and there was NO butter. I had to ASK for it.

i found the additional bed quite poor. two slats were missing, so the mattress sagged. the mattress itself was thin. it seemed like sleeping on a concrete floor..
